Support makes the difference
Thank you for your support and interest! Your gift to the Maasai Stoves & Solar Project of the International Collaborative makes all the difference, helping to improve lives, health, environment, and well-being of people living in difficult conditions in rural East Africa.
Your financial support, volunteer work, and sponsorship help keep this work alive. And as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, non-government organization, your gift to us is tax-deductible. Thank you!
Contributions transform the lives of the people. With your support, their homes are healthier and many new opportunities are coming for a better life for women. They have safe water, and there are new educational opportunities for children, and a movement towards economic improvement for all. These are all in ways that conserve the environment and even mitigate climate change.
Support like yours allows the kind of community collaboration that brings new local leaders to the fore. These talented women and men will continue to sustain the Projects into the future, adapting and strengthening them as needs evolve.
Do you want to share your philanthropic ideas with us? Do you need a custom plan or have questions? We invite you to contact Bob Lange directly at

Carbon credits and the Maasai Stoves & Solar Project
Because our stoves reduce wood use and women’s gathering labor by about half, and because the Maasai are so clearly in need of those benefits, our stoves are excellent candidates for generating carbon credits. Read more.
